Fujian, China. Flowery white peoke, full leaf tea. Comprised entirely of buds with silvery white hair. The most expensive variety of white tea and the most prized, as only top buds (leaf shoots) are used to produce the tea. Lightly oxidized, these buds produce a slightly viscous glittering pale yellow color with evidence of floating white hairs that reflect light. The flavor and fragrance are delicate, light, fresh, and sweet. Suggested brew time of 5 minutes at 167° to 176°F.
